APA Group has announced a three-year agreement with Worley. Through this partnership, Worley will deliver engineering and design services for emerging gas transmission and storage projects nationally.
Building on APA and Worley’s existing relationship, the agreement supports the efficient delivery of key APA projects that will support energy security and transition.
“APA continues to pursue growth across our gas transmission and storage assets nationally. Partnerships that complement the existing strong skills we have internally will be critical to the safe and efficient delivery of key programs of work. We look forward to working with Worley as we move forward,” said Rob Evans, Group Executive of Infrastructure Delivery at APA Group.
A key focus of the partnership agreement is on replication and digital delivery, which will drive improved efficiency and consistency, reduce execution risk and support more predictable outcomes as projects are delivered at scale. Over time, this approach supports a more resilient system where infrastructure can be developed faster, safer and with greater confidence.
“We are pleased to partner with APA to deliver critical gas transmission and storage projects across Australia,” said Erica Jensen, SVP Global Operations at Worley.
“Worley has a long history of delivering complex portfolios both globally and locally and we will bring this experience to bear. APA and Worley will collaborate to efficiently meet critical infrastructure needs and strengthen energy security in our domestic market.”
