Beach Energy has safely completed the first phase of its offshore program using the Transocean Equinox, which included the decommissioning of three legacy wells in Victoria’s Offshore Otway and Bass Basins as well as an exploration well.
The rig has been handed over to our consortium partners before moving into the second phase of our program in the first half of 2026. This is expected to include completing the Artisan discovery, a well intervention, drilling and completing a development well, and decommissioning two additional legacy wells in the Bass Basin.
