Clough secures Ichthys hook-up contracts

The scope of work includes the preparation and execution of offshore hook-up assistance to commissioning.

Work is set to commence in the coming weeks with the mobilisation of engineering and technical teams to the DMSE fabrication yard in Geoje, South Korea, before moving offshore in the Browse Basin, 200 km off the northern coastline of Western Australia.

Once in place in the Browse Basin, the 336 m-long FPSO will be permanently moored with the potential to hold more than 1 MMbbl of condensate.
