For over 30 years, the Customised Solution Centre at Weidmuller Australia has been providing clients with expertly wired and assembled solutions. Our offerings include Control Cabinets, Industrial Junction Boxes, Junction Boxes and Control Stations for Hazardous Areas, Rail Assemblies, and Electronic Assemblies.
We have a dedicated production facility to build, test, pack, and deliver solutions that meet our clients’ specific requirements.
Our facility offers a spacious floor area dedicated to cabinet builds, supported by an experienced team with a proven track record of hundreds of successful projects in recent years. We feature a specialised Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) area within our Panel Assembly Area, with onsite support provided by our CSA team. Utilising augmented reality via Microsoft HoloLens, we offer remote FAT testing.
Clients benefit from convenient access to locally stocked Weidmüller components and a Machinery Workshop for customising enclosures to customer specifications. We provide comprehensive design support, including the creation and maintenance of CAD drawings for customer approval. As part of our project support service, a Manufacturer Data Report (MDR) is supplied in the required customer format.
Our in-house identification department can print or engrave labels based on client drawings or spreadsheets. Additionally, we develop specific electronic devices in our R&D laboratory. With reliable suppliers and partners, we ensure tailored crate packaging for local, interstate, or international delivery requirements.
